On his very first day, President Joe Biden signed 17 different executive orders, including one paragraph that announced the return to the Paris Climate Agreement. But one order redirected the priorities of the EPA and the Energy and Interior Departments, making climate change and the environment top priorities again, and reversing a lot of the former administration’s rules.
