In this PLANT CEO we speak with Brad Vanstone Founder of Willicroft. Brad's heritage comes from a family of diary farmers with his grandfather teaching him the milk and cheese making processes. Brad turned to veganism and decided to create a "Planet first" cheese company after coming to the realisation of the impact the industry is having on the planet. His current range of products are made from cashews and he is transitioning to the more sustainable while beans and lentils - the first company in Europe to do so. Hear more about his story.
