It is made by fermenting the non-GMO soybeans in a custom-built facility in Bengaluru. Siddharth's experience spans two decades in the fields of global hospitality and real estate. Having contributed to the opening and operations of over 50 successful destination restaurants across the globe during his hospitality career, Siddharth realised that the joy of discovering great food brings people together. Through Vegolution, he envisions developing products that help conscious foodies form new, positive and lasting bonds with what they eat.
