Fun Fact 2: Joel and Rob have both worked with members of the Frank Zappa family.
Fun Fact 3: Joel used to play trumpet in Wyoming and Rob dropped out of UNC when they forced him to hold a trumpet in marching band even though he didn't play the trumpet.
Fun Fact 4: Both Rob and Joel took big pop gigs that pissed off the jazz guys in the 90's (Rob quit Eric Marienthal to tour with Bruce Willis and Joel quit Holdsworth to tour with YANNI).
