Matt released his Japanese debut album \u201cLOVE & WAR\u201d in September 2014, and it went #1 on the iTunes R&B Charts. His hit single \u201cPlain Girl\u201d also went #1 on the iTunes R&B Charts. \u201cLOVE & WAR\u201d became available for physical distribution at over 1,400 TSUTAYA music stores, and sold out in several locations. His sophomore album \u201cDIVE\u201d released in January 2016 and achieved similar success, hitting #1 on the iTunes R&B Charts in less than 24 hours. \u201cDIVE\u201d was also made available in TSUTAYA stores. His two singles \u2018Tokyo Girl\u2019 and \u2018My Dreams\u2019 charted at #3 and #8 respectively on the iTunes R&B Charts. After reaching critical acclaim in Japan, Matt\u2019s imprint continued to spread overseas. His single \u2018Color Blind\u2019 went viral in China, accruing over 158 million streams on the NetEase platform.
