P.I.D. Radio 5/27/13: Tangled Problems, Entangled Pairs

Published: May 28, 2013, 12:31 a.m.

AS WE honor our fallen soldiers this Memorial Day, we take a look around at the world and wonder: Are we seeing tinder just waiting for a match?  Anti-Muslim riots continue in the U.K. and Sweden; Sen. John McCain secretly met with rebels in Syria while Russian advisers, the Iranian military, and Hezbollah fighters support the Assad regime; and rockets hit northern Israel and southern Lebanon.
Also: New revelation about Benghazi; geneticists try to rebrand human cloning; President Obama admits to killing American citizens with drones; and physicists discover that entangled pairs of photons can be separated by space and time.
For your amusement, here's the link to the video at PandoDaily in which physicists explain quantum computing to a funky beat.  And here is the link to the Kindle edition of The Time Camera by Charles Ivie.
