Joe McMenamin is a physician attorney. He obtained his medical degree and his doctorate of\xa0jurisprudence at the University of Pennsylvania. He has spent most of his professional life\xa0practicing medical and healthcare law. He has been a digital health advisor, AI advisor, and\xa0speaker on these and other topics. During today\u2019s interview, Dr. McMenamin provides his thoughts on the topic of work as a medical expert witness. He begins by explaining why he decided to pursue a law degree and career after completing his residency.
