In this week\u2019s episode, John Jurica provides an overview of the factors that went into planning the first NewScript Nonclinical Career Summit.

NewScript is an online community of clinicians looking for professional satisfaction, overcoming the stress and burnout arising out of the current healthcare system, and moving into more satisfying nonclinical and nontraditional careers. John is the co-founder with Dr. Tom Davis.

During his presentation, John addresses several issues:

• what inspired John and Tom to create a 3-day Summit;
• the principles they followed during the process;
• how they planned each of the important components of presenting a Summit, from choosing the curriculum, recruiting speakers, and creating the website, to marketing the Summit, and managing the event.

John invited everyone to join the free live event on April 11 through 13, from 7:00 PM until 11:00 PM Eastern Time. During each 4-hour session, there will be four 30-minute presentations followed by 20 minutes of live Q&A and a short break.
