In the beginning, Blair was shy about using her voice.\xa0 She wanted to be anonymous and feels that she has always been more of a writer.\xa0 Blair launched the Elevate Pharmacy Virtual Summit in 2017 to share other pharmacists\u2019 voices. \xa0

Blair is from a small town in NE Arkansas.\xa0 She talked about imposter syndrome.\xa0 Blair was self-conscious about her accent at first.\xa0 Now, she owns it!\xa0 She had a limiting belief that people would perceive her as \u201cless than\u201d because of her accent.\xa0 Personal and career development has helped her move past her limiting beliefs. \xa0
