Stock/Company Review: ABS-CBN and GMA7 - Investing in the Philippines
So the NTC ordered ABS-CBN to cease all operations 2 days ago. As expected, their main competitor, GMA7's stock gained around 24% in the Philippine Stock Market. I'm expecting the ABS-CBN stock prices to plummet as soon as it gets traded again. However, this should be mitigated if good news or progress will develop in the following days as we near the end of this week. Next week, I'll cover in one of our episodes new developments about these 2 stocks.
