If you're holding some Cebu Pacific Air, Inc. (CEB) stocks then you probably know by now that they've offered stock rights to their current stockholders. This is a preferred stock, CEBCP - Cebu Air, Inc. Convertible Pref, which will give you a 6% annual dividend yield and can be converted into actual CEB common stocks. The offer period has already ended yesterday, but I decided to cover this topic in today's episode so that we're all ready if ever one of the stocks we're holding announces a stock rights offering.
