Influence and Manipulation

In this episode, Andres talks about the difference between influence and manipulation, and how to persuade in an ethical way. He explains why persuasion doesn\u2019t just start with logic--or emotion. Rather, it\u2019s with building credibility, and Andres shares some ideas on what that means and how to do it.
