I kind of lean on them and hear their stories." \n\nJohnny's advice for people experiencing mental health challenges: "I think you just have to start. You have to understand that it's okay to not be okay. But what's not okay is to not do anything about it."\n\nHow management can impact team performance: "I really think that your employee's performance or your team's performance is a reflection of the person that's managing them.
