After 73 years of life, my dad passed away recently in January through a 2 year battle with an ultra-rare disease. As the executive director of a non-profit for 30+ years, he learned a lot about leadership, how to show up for others, get the best out of himself and other people too. \nThis episode is a tribute to dad to share lessons on leadership I've learned over the years with all of you!
