EPI 41: How To Keep 9% Body Fat Year Round Without Dieting Or Counting Calories

When you change your life and change your eating habits you never have to diet again. Counting calories is not a long term solution. Listen in to learn how I keep 9% body fat year round without dieting or counting calories.\xa0

If you\u2019ve been following the podcast for any amount of time you\u2019ll know that I cut out most carbs due to high levels of inflammation in my body. However, you can eat carbs if your body doesn\u2019t react the same way.\xa0

The most important thing is to make sure you\u2019re eating clean organic foods that aren\u2019t filled with added sugars and processed with tons of preservatives. Even the meat you eat needs to be clean meat. Grass-fed, pasture raised, cage-free protein is what you should be looking for.\xa0

Processed sugars and grain-based proteins are a no go! In fact I even eat very little in the way of fruit unless I\u2019m picking out berries. Most fruits have way more sugar in them than I need and berries have amazing antioxidants.\xa0

It\u2019s not all about the daily diet however. I also make sure to move daily. When I\u2019m not moving, I feel terrible.\xa0
