Every person has a unique biological makeup that determines which foods interact positively and negatively with the body. The nutrition plan that works for you may not work for your spouse. In fact, depending on your training regime and goals, your nutrition plan may not be the same from month to month.

Jason shares the template for his day to day meal. What we found was that while we both focus on healthful foods, what we ate and when we ate were different. Jason is also a lot more of a foodie than I am and puts a great deal of focus on creating tasty healthy meals. He even shares a trick he uses to increase the flavor in your dish with steam frying.\\xa0
