We're talking about shame when it comes to our kids, ourselves and others. \xa0We believe our children need to hear how wrong they are for their behaviors or words at times and we use shame to do this. \xa0We have come to realize it actually makes them act out even more and the cycle of shame continues. \xa0Listen to how we avoid shame in all aspects.
