A Boy, A Christmas Tree Farm, And Bigfoot...

I am not sure of all the ins-n-outs of Christmas tree farming today, but back then, it was a simple living, hard work, but a simple, worthwhile living could be had. The craziest part of it, though, was bigfoot.
My parents owned the property up in the northern part of Idaho between the early 1950s, 1951 to be exact, and to the day they sold it around the early part of 1970. They moved out there from Pennsylvania, a place you could say birthed the idea of Christmas tree farming in the U.S.
But, bigfoot? Well, that thing was here before we were, and I will tell you that while they are very unpredictable, once in a while, you get to encounter one like this, pretty close up…
