She originally studied International Relations in Geneva but got bored with politics and moved into tech. First, as Head of Marketing in a San Francisco based startup, she moved on to become Scrum Product Owner and Business Developer for the Swiss-based web agency Liip. From there she was part of the leadership team in the PwC experience centre and got specialized in agile coaching for corporate digital transformations. Missing women in the tech field, Nadia co-founded the tech startup Witty Works that builds an AI-based software - diversifier.witty.works - to revolutionize the way we write in Europe to grow towards an inclusive workplace and society.
