Upleveling Is Hard (so is the Truth)
One of my VIP clients recently asked me how to handle it when, in a social situation, the conversation turned to gossip and rumors about another mutual acquaintance who wasn\u2019t present. He was uncomfortable and wanted to leave. His partner wanted to stay.
What would you do?
Upleveling IS hard. Staying where you are is comfortably uncomfortable.
I\u2019m responsible for what I put into my day.
I\u2019m responsible for what I give and for how I show up.
What is gossip or rumor mongering based on?
- Fear and Lack.

- Really, you wouldn\u2019t say something about someone if they didn\u2019t somehow mean something to you and you weren\u2019t judging yourself against them.
Give THAT some thought.
Uplevel.
Check your mindset.
Coming from a space of gratitude and abundance, feeling like you\u2019re enough\u2026 that\u2019s easy intellectually, and it\u2019s harder to practice.
Practice.
Just\u2026 practice.
