The Problem With WE - Theres No I In It!
We have a problem when a group of people (at work, at home, in the community, in politics) agree that we have a problem. Until one person takes the role of \u201cshepherd\u201d the problem will remain a problem.
You\u2019ll discuss it over and over.
It\u2019ll be the same stuff that comes up.
Until you get an accountable \u201cI\u201d - someone who will take responsibility for engaging others to help fix the problem.
A group of accountable \u201cI\u201d people, that\u2019s when things begin to shift.
Oh, and you can nod agreement. Until you see that this starts with you, WE may still have a problem.
