This morning, I’m adjusting my new ten minute daily habit a little by sandwiching it between two other habits. Last week, I began a gentle habit of going to my studio in the morning and setting a timer for ten minutes and just sitting with the space. I’m hoping this new habit will help me get back to a little regular creativity and give me a little extra structure during this topsy-turvy time. This week, I’ve decided to adjust this new habit a little by inserting the ten minutes between my two well established habits of letting the chickens out and going to stand by my gate. Maybe this habit sandwiching is something you’d like to try.
