88. Supporting a Friend Through Grief

As much as I value having words for all difficult situations, there are some where no words feel right. In moments of tragedy, death, or dying, you cannot take away pain and suffering, but you do have the ability to make things just a bit easier or lighter.\n\nI often talk about the power you have to positively affect others and this is one of them.\n\nPerhaps you have a friend right now going through something tragic and you\u2019re unsure how to support her. The difficult part is that we will all experience this at some point. \n\nIt\u2019s natural to worry you\u2019re going to do the wrong thing or say the wrong thing. I still worry about this.
