236. Setting Goals with Your Team That Actually Work

I consider myself a goal-oriented person, but that doesn\u2019t mean I love setting goals in a work environment. (What is a SMART goal anyway?!) Still, it\u2019s a leader\u2019s expectation to set goals with your team members, and show them you\u2019re invested in their success. \n\nGoalsetting should happen for new employees during onboarding and on an annual basis for all other employees.
