Historian Willie Whelan discusses the re-publishing online of "Desperate Haven."

At the height of the famine in 1848, around 4,000 people in Dungarvan were housed in the local Workhouse system. A book co-written in the 1990s details all this. One of the authors was Willie Whelan and he's had it re-published on Amazon. He spoke to Mary "On the Fringe."
