Jonathan earned his M.A. from City University of Seattle in Organizational Leadership and B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Bellevue, WA non-profit, Youth Eastside Services, and has served as a Human Services Commissioner for the cities of Bellevue and Kirkland, Washington.
