Ken Thurston \u201cthe man called X\u201d is working out in Cairo when a female visitor came calling with a message, three silver bullets for Thurston. However, she shot a local man who was working with him but Thurston put out the message that he was killed so that the killers may relax a little and give them space to track the killer.
