Billy Saxton had killed Joe Powell shot him in the back and now he was about to be lynched by Joe\u2019s brother. When Matt Dillon found him he told Ken Powell that if it were him that had arranged the lynching he would get a fair trial for the murder the same way that Saxton should have had one.
