Iouri Podladtchikov has been a die-hard snowboarder for most of his life. He is a Russian-born Swiss goofy stance boarder and he has been competing in the sport since the year 2000. In 2014 he took the top spot at the Winter Olympics in Sochi, taking home the gold medal for his skill on the halfpipe.
