#264 Rand Sperry: Did I Live, Love, and Matter?
Show Notes\xa0 Today is our very first show for the New Year of 2023.\xa0 I thought, for today, I would start the new year chatting with my friend Rand Sperry about personal development expert Brendon Burchard\u2019s take on what it means to live a life of purpose and to leave a legacy that matters. Brendon suggests something like this: \u201cAt the end of our lives we will all ask, in one way or another: Did I live? Did I love? Did I matter?\u201d It seems to me, that if we approach life with those three questions in mind, we will be able to say, \u201cYes. I have lived a good life.\u201d
