And what about those who don\u2019t get hired? Why don\u2019t we keep talking to them about the next or another opportunity? Just ask any sales team worth its salt \u2014 a sales team doesn\u2019t reject the sales lead if they aren\u2019t ready to buy. They get nurtured.
