Sourdough, Anyone?
Sourdough, frankly, does not set my world on fire BUT I know that for many people, making a successful sourdough is like finding the Holy Grail. So if you are that person, this is the episode for you.\nWhen we started the interview with Elizabeth and Dan Martin, I knew that Elizabeth had been doing a lot of sourdough bread baking. This was of interest to us for Season 6 because this was a new activity for her. That's where we began with the conversation. Little did we know that Elizabeth had taken all of the science and the folklore to heart and has become quite the expert on sourdough.\nShe was kind enough to share one of her boules with us and it is/was delicious, lovely bread.
