Listen for how to get yourself around the grocery store or if you just can't do it, try Instacart. Shop for the fresh stuff first then fill in with the pantry items and keep it healthy for your brain's sake. You're gonna get old someday.

I also end the episode checking in with my NYC daughter. She just moved back and she always has something interesting to say...at the very least, she has a different point of view.
