On Not A Single Fork, my intention is to help you cook more at home and enjoy it. So, in the next few episodes, I'm going to talk about outfitting your kitchen with things you (hopefully) only need to buy once. Once we tackle those basics, we'll move on to other essential tools and pantry items that will make your cooking experience a fun adventure. Doesn't sound possible? \nI also share some cooking and prep tips about mushrooms. Specifically, portobellos because I just created a reel about how to clean them but I also have a few opinions about all mushrooms.
\nFinally, we have a short chat with my NYC daughter to find out what happens in the city on July 4th. Turns out...everyone leaves!
