Rachael Ray is an iconic TV personality, cook, bestselling author, and businesswoman who has always believed in the value of hard work. Rachael Ray says she grew up in food. She watched her grandfather and mother in the kitchen and then got her start working in the Fresh Foods Department of Macy's. It wasn't long before she was managing restaurants and teaching cooking classes at the local CBS station in Albany. By 2006, Rachael launched the Emmy Award-winning "Rachael Ray Show" which quickly became one of the top-ranked daytime shows on television.
