EP 2194 I recently had the hiring manager take a phone call during my interview reducing my interview to 10 minutes from 30. The final interview was with the same manager on a different day. He failed to show up to the interview at all and requested to circle back with the interview panel before meeting with me one final time. This sounds like a red flag to me. What are your thoughts?
