The Way to Boost Wellbeing for Women in the Workplace

During a time of low engagement and high stress at work, Google\u2019s Learning and Development team got some survey results that prompted serious change, especially for their female workers. The results showed a striking difference in wellbeing between female and male employees, with that of females being so low that it caused great concern for Google\u2019s leaders.
