\nAimed at helping us connect to who we are as Maori and Pasifika people, Piri Paua develops products that encourage the use of our reo (languages) and was founded by Ata with the help of her husband, family and friends just 6 months ago. Ata is super resourceful, motivated and determined to make her ideas a reality, and her story of starting her business from absolute scratch is inspiring. She made use of all the resources available to her - friends who can draw, online digital services, funding through the MSD funded Generator programme, and our in house entrepreneur support crew Tukua.
