Episode 023 - Stocks Don't Always Go Up

This is a saying that seems to be said by those who have come to understand and experienced the markets, and ignored by retailer investors who get sucked in by GREED and FOMO emotions. COVID-19 has brought to light a lot of the potential of equities for wealth creation. Like the old days of the gold rush, driving people to hunt for gold to hit it rich, the psychological similarities in the behaviours demonstrated by new retail investors is uncanny.  The market is a complex mechanism which requires a lot of contextualization and learning. There\u2019s a process demanded of those who want to be active with their wealth creation. With that, comes the understanding that stocks do not only go up.
