Process Improvement and AI
I was asked to share my thoughts on how to identify, prioritise and begin to understand what processes a business might focus on improving. The conversation then evolved into how AImight add value to process improvement rather than become a threat to staff.
\nI shared my view that I see AI as an opportunity to rid ourselves of the mundane to free up time to add value as intuitive and mindful humans.
