Chief Sergeant Perrine is a Joint Terminal Attack Controller in the French Army. The role of the JTAC on the battlefield is to direct airpower, artillery and naval assets in support of ground units. Perrine gives more specific details about what her job consists in and describes the different steps leading to an air strike. She also tells us about what she loves in her job. The interview took place during exercise Serpentex 2017 exercise, where nine nations came together for a training at a military airbase in Solenzara, Corsica.
