All aboard the nostalgia train friends! Next stop is iconic TV theme tunes from J and I's (and probably most of yours too) pasts. We kick things off with a little TV show quiz (play along if you dare). then J steers us into the often unsuccessful territory of long-running tv show theme tune revamps/reimaginings. Let me take you on a tour of 90's/00's UK after school classics for those only blessed with cbbc/citv and no access to cable. I am left with only despair at not owning a helicopter or enough salt to make a big art attack in the style of Neil Buchanan in my back garden. J shares her classic 80's childhood favourites The Raccoons (DNA test - inconclusive), Duck Tales (the intro clips being used appearing in the actual show - unsolved) and Knightmare (CG dragon hands appearing to save children from falling down a chasm to their death - Unconfirmed). Then we finish off by sharing with you a typical weekend of TV in the 90's/00's Duffy household. Expect Buffy, (pre and post watershed with extra vampire dust) Big Break (did anyone who watched it actually play snooker?) Having a 'lorra lorra' laughs with Cilla on Blind Date and we finish by looking to the stars (Academy) with Stargate-SG1 Sundays on T4.
