Susan and Geena went on to receive dual Academy Award nominations for Best Actress but it was another Southern spitfire who took the gold that year\u2026 but that conversation is for another episode (perhaps over some fava beans).\xa0 Oscar wins or no, Thelma & Louise will be remembered for stunning lead performances, a controversial ending and bestowing Brad Pitt\u2019s 8 pack abs unto humanity.
