Supportive Friends
What happens when you share ideas with your friends? Do they tell you to dial it back, or are they asking how they can help? You don\u2019t want \u201cyes men,\u201d as you need people to challenge you, but you don\u2019t need people to say it isn\u2019t possible. If your friends aren\u2019t supporting you, you don\u2019t have to get rid of them, but you need to get new friends; friends who will support you and your ideas.
