Is Anyone Noticing?
It may not feel like what you\u2019re doing is being noticed, but it is. People don\u2019t always take the time to show their appreciation. They aren\u2019t trying to be rude or dismissive. They may not have thought about it. You probably do the same thing to someone who you notice. Reach out to them and thank them.
