Commitment is a Promise
Commit to something. It can be as small as getting up at a specific time. Commitment is something you are going to do. It\u2019s not something you\u2019re trying to do. It isn\u2019t something you might do. Committing to something shows you that you have power over your own life. You can start small, and increase your commitments as you go.
