Beneficial Choices
There might be something that would benefit you that you aren\u2019t doing yet. Start doing it. Keep repeating the thing. If you do it enough, you\u2019ll probably come to enjoy it because you\u2019re rewriting how your brain thinks about the thing. If you rewrite your brain and start to enjoy what you\u2019re doing, think about how much better things are going to be!
