Lightning rigs high above the city gather energy from thunderstorms, mad scientists walk the earth, and adorably monstrous Molepeople dig tunnels deep underground to expand the city\u2019s habitable space.
\nWe return to the domicile of Dr. West, where Mrs. Rourke and Andrew desperately try to sort out just what happened at Al\u2019s Bar and who might be to blame.
