Cryptozoologist Scott Marlowe joins Scott Mardis to discuss Florida\n\ncryptozoology and paleontology.Scott Marlowe, A Fellow of the famed Pangea\n\nInstitute and educational consultant to The American Primate Conservation\n\nAlliance, is the first expert in the field of cryptozoology to succeed in establishing\n\nan on-going college-level course in that subject at a state institution of higher\n\nlearning anywhere in the world. His course was hailed as one of the \u201cTop Ten\u201d\n\nnews stories of 2004 by The Cryptozoologist, a well-known insider eMagazine,\n\nwon both accolades and awards for its fresh approach and application of\n\nforensic science methodologies to the study of enigmatic animals.\n\nThe author of \u201cCryptid Creatures of Florida,\u201d (originally published by\n\nCFZ Press of Great Britain) Marlowe \u201cliterally wrote the book\u201don Cryptozoology\n\nin the Sunshine State. This acclaimed work was followed by \u201cBigfoot Enigma\u201d,\n\n\u201cBigfoot in Art History\u201d, a series of volumes on \u201cFlorida Fossils\u201d, a history of the\n\n\u201cOrigins of Golf\u201d, and now, \u201cSquallies\u201d his first fictionalized novella about a pre-\n\nWorld War II government experiment on producing super-soldiers by crossbreeding\n\nhumans with apes.\n\nMarlowe has also created several television program concepts and\n\npenned two screenplay adaptations of published works written originally by\n\nother authors.
