Charles currently plays or has played for India Arie, Melanie Fiona, Tweet, Tommy Sims, Johnathan McReynolds, Ranky Tanky, Bobby McFerrin and others. He is also a tour manager and production manager working with artist Q Parker from R and B group 112.
